PORT ST. LUCIE — Another Broken Egg Cafe, the brand known for its full bar, brunches, beignets, creative dishes and bold Southern flavors, has opened in The Shoppes at Veranda Falls plaza on Becker Road.

Serving breakfast, brunch and lunch, and specializing in seasonal menus, guests will find items such as the Champagne Lobster Omelette, a Boursin cheese-filled omelet topped with champagne butter-sautéed North American lobster and langostino, grape tomatoes and green onions, served with an English muffin and a choice of grits or country potatoes for $23.49.

There’s Peach Cobbler French Toast, finished with peach cobbler sauce, crunchy streusel and peach butter or the Raspberry White Chocolate Pancakes, topped with house-made raspberry coulis, white chocolate drizzle and fresh mint. Priced at $14.29 each.

The Low Country Shrimp Benedict has customers like LeAnne Mackey craving more. It features fried green tomatoes and poached eggs topped with garlic sauteed shrimp, corn and tomato medley, with Hollandaise, Tabasco red pepper coulis, Old Bay Seasoning, green onions on a buttermilk ranch-drizzled English muffin. It’s served with grits or country potatoes for $18.79.

“I tell you the Low Country Shrimp Benedict is the best thing I’ve ever eaten,” Mackey shared in a Facebook post.

The lunch menu includes burgers, sandwiches, gumbo, soup and salads.

With 30 years’ experience and more than 100 locations in 17 states, Another Broken Egg Cafe is the largest actively franchising brand in the daytime-only dining segment. Another 100 locations are in development nationwide.

A loyalty rewards and email program called “The Coop” offers perks like free beignets for signing up and a complimentary birthday pancake.

Located at 876 SE Becker Road, near the newly opened Maggie McFly’s in Port St. Lucie. Another Broken Egg is open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily, according to its website.
