A new mixed-use office and retail building designed by Snøhetta, established in Oslo and New York City, is set to rise in the Miami Design District, further advancing the neighborhood’s position as a global destination for luxury, culture and design. Developed by Miami Design District Associates (MDDA) in partnership with Raycliff Capital, the eight-story project will span approximately 120,500 square feet on a 17,000-square-foot site, bringing together retail, workplace and design-forward public experience in a distinctive new architectural form. Construction is expected to begin in August 2026, with completion anticipated in early 2028.
This project comes as the Miami Design District continues its westward expansion, including the forthcoming Miami Design Residences by Fouquet’s designed by Pritzker Prize–winning architect David Chipperfield.
