NORTH COLLEGE HILL, Ohio (WXIX) – An arrest warrant issued late Tuesday names the suspect wanted in the shooting death of an 18-year-old woman in North College Hill.
Ricky Lee Orlando is accused of gunning down Breal Wade and her 18-year-old friend inside a vehicle outside her house in the 2000 block of Carpenter Drive early Monday, newly filed court records show.
Lee, 43, who also lives in the 2000 block of Carpenter Drive, according to an affidavit, is wanted on seven charges:
Murder (two counts)Felonious assault (two counts)Aggravated menacingUsing weapons while intoxicatedTampering with evidence

The investigation determined Lee “used an AR-15-style rifle to fire approximately 29 rounds” into a vehicle while Wade and an 18-year-old man were inside, North College Hill police wrote in an affidavit filed in Hamilton County Municipal Court.
Wade was shot in her left wrist and abdomen; her friend was shot in his right shoulder and right earlobe, according to the sworn statement.
Police warned late Tuesday that Lee is armed and dangerous: “Members of the public are advised not to approach him.”
Lee is known to frequent the North College Hill area as well as College Hill and Northside.
In the days leading up to the shooting, Lee “threatened an 11-year-old” boy with a handgun, “causing the victim to fear imminent physical harm,” police allege in the affidavit.
