Good evening, Central Florida. We’re wrapping up the day for you with the most important stories you need to know and your weather outlook.

Your Weather Planner

A quiet week ahead following the passage of a cold front late last night. After a sunny and at times breezy day today, we’re set to see those winds relax as temperatures fall back into the low and mid 50s overnight. A mainly clear sky is expected area wide.

We’ll continue to remain dry throughout much of this work week, as high pressure remains in control. Our highs will begin to shift across the mid-Atlantic region as the week goes on, and this shifting placement will turn our winds from north early week to east by mid to late week. That shift will help to provide a warmer flow for us, returning highs into the 80s by mid to late week. It’ll also deliver a bit of moisture aloft from the Atlantic, allowing some cumulus clouds to return each afternoon from Wednesday on.

Our next cold front doesn’t arrive until late this upcoming weekend, providing another shot of cooler air by the start of next work week.
