Doral Mayor Christi Fraga announced on Thursday that she had partnered with the Global Empowerment Mission to help Venezuelans after the earthquakes.
The list of items needed included first aid kits; emergency gear such as flashlights, heavy-duty batteries, solar phone chargers, and work gloves; and baby care such as diapers.
Fraga announced that donors can drop off the items at any of the four drop-off locations that opened in Doral. Here is the list:
GEM headquarters was open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday, at 1850 NW 84th Ave. Miami-Dade County Supervisor of Elections Office Lobby was open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., from Monday to Friday, at 2700 NW 87th Ave.Doral Legacy Park Community Center was open from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., from Monday to Friday, and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday at 11400 NW 82 St.El Arepazo is open 24 hours from Monday to Sunday at 10191 NW 58th St.
