TALLAHASSEE — The Big Bend Group® at Keller Williams has announced the addition of Briana and Terry Whigham, an award-winning real estate team whose deep roots, industry leadership, and commitment to service have made them among the most recognizable professionals in the North Florida real estate market.
The move represents a significant addition to The Big Bend Group’s growing presence across Tallahassee, the Red Hills Region, the Forgotten Coast, and South Georgia.
For Briana, the announcement is more than a career milestone—it’s another chapter in a family story that has helped shape Tallahassee for more than a century.
A lifelong Tallahassee resident and third-generation Realtor®, Briana’s family lineage traces to George W. Saxon, one of the city’s most influential early civic leaders. Saxon founded Capital City Bank in 1895, helped establish Tallahassee’s first telephone company, donated the land where Florida’s Governor’s Mansion now stands, and owned St. George Island, which continues to bear his name today.
That history, combined with a career built on innovation and client advocacy, has positioned Briana as one of the area’s most respected real estate professionals. She has earned recognition as a Best of Zillow Top 10% Agent, TABR Rookie of the Year, and Tallahassee Women’s Magazine Women Who Mean Business Rockstar Award finalist. She currently serves as Co-Chairman of the TABR MLS Committee and previously served on the TABR Board of Directors.
“Tallahassee isn’t just where I live—it’s part of who I am,” said Briana. “Every transaction represents an opportunity to help someone become part of a community that my family has called home for generations. Joining The Big Bend Group allows us to combine that local knowledge with one of the strongest real estate platforms in the region.”

Terry brings an equally distinguished background rooted in service and leadership. A retired veteran of the Florida Army National Guard, former law enforcement officer, and active member of the Florida State Guard, Terry spent more than 26 years serving the people of North Florida before transitioning into real estate.
His impact in the industry was immediate. He earned TABR Rookie of the Year honors in his first year and later served as Chairman of the RPAC Committee. Today, he is recognized for his expertise in residential and land properties throughout North Florida and South Georgia. “Throughout my military, law enforcement, and real estate careers, the mission has always been the same—serve people well and earn their trust,” said Terry. “The Big Bend Group has built a culture centered on professionalism, collaboration, and results. We’re excited to bring our experience to a team that shares those values.”
Before joining The Big Bend Group, the Whighams successfully co-owned and operated their own brokerage, building a reputation for exceptional client service and local market expertise. Their decision to join Keller Williams’ flagship Big Bend Group reflects a strategic commitment to expanding opportunities for clients while leveraging the resources, technology, and collaborative environment of one of the region’s premier real estate organizations.
“We are thrilled to welcome Bri and Terry to The Big Bend Group family,” said owner Bruce Foster. “Their reputation, leadership, and commitment to excellence speak for themselves. Beyond their impressive professional accomplishments, they share our belief that real estate is fundamentally about relationships, community, and helping people achieve their goals. We know they will make an immediate impact.”
Together, the Whighams represent a rare combination of generational community roots, public service leadership, and modern real estate expertise. As parents of four and lifelong advocates for the region they serve, they have built careers dedicated to helping families, investors, and landowners navigate some of life’s most important decisions.
Their addition further strengthens The Big Bend Group’s position as one of North Florida’s leading real estate teams and underscores the organization’s continued investment in top talent, exceptional service, and local market leadership.
