TPD said Bryant went into the bank, handed the teller a note demanding money and left with just over $3,000 in cash.
According to arrest documents, Bryant repeatedly told the teller not to look at him. The teller told police Bryant didn’t say he had a weapon, but held a bag “close to his body in a manner that made [the teller] believe the suspect was possibly concealing a weapon.”

When Bryant was arrested, he had over $900 in cash on him in primarily large-denomination bills as well as “additional evidence connected to the robbery,” TPD said.
Brandon Dodson, identified as the suspected driver, was also arrested. Dodson, 43, allegedly drove Bryant to and from the bank and accepted some of the stolen money, according to police. Dodson is charged with accessory after the fact to armed robbery and grand theft.
Arrest documents show Dodson did not leave the vehicle during the robbery, but was allegedly paid $140 when Bryant returned to the car.
Dodson told police he did not know Bryant and refused to reveal his call logs during an initial conversation with police, according to court documents.
Later, a search of Dodson’s phone helped identify Bryant as the suspect. Investigators also had Dodson identify Bryant via a photo, which he did “with one-hundred percent certainty.”
