• I’m ticked off at the City of Orlando traffic signal maintenance team and operations. In an age of visual and underground detection, why am I delayed at a traffic signal waiting for an imaginary vehicle to enter the intersection?

• I am ticked off with loud, in your face, personal-injury attorneys attacking our trucking industry. Pitiful. Wait until your shipment does not make it.

• I am on Lake Mary Boulevard almost daily and am sick of the speeding. Almost daily, I see speeders going through red lights on Lake Mary Boulevard intersections at Rinehart, Lake Mary Center and Markham Woods Road. Where are the Lake Mary Police and Seminole County Sheriff’s Office deputies at these intersections?

• I am disappointed at the recent shower scene in the “Luann” comic strip. I need the cartoons to be light-hearted, not sexually lurid!

• It ticks me off that the person left their grocery cart in front of their car (expecting me to return it for them) instead of returning it to the cart collection area themselves, thus making it harder for me to park my car in that parking spot.

The flip side

• Thank you to the Aloma Cinema Grill and Charter Research for the free senior movies at the theater. They are always great movies and we seniors appreciate being given a lovely afternoon in a lovely theater.
