CINCINNATI (WXIX) -A Hamilton County judge set a $3,015,000 bond Saturday for a murder suspect accused of a double shooting of two 18-year-olds, including one who died at the scene in North College Hill.

Court records show Lee is facing two different statutes of murder, two counts of felonious assault, one count of tampering with evidence, one count of aggravated menacing, and one count of using weapons while intoxicated.
Lee is accused of opening fire with dozens of rounds on recent high school graduate Breal Wade and her 18-year-old friend while the two were inside a vehicle outside her home in the 2000 block of Carpenter Drive around 1:30 a.m. Monday, court records show.
According to a Hamilton County affidavit, the other 18-year-old was identified as Vincent Foggie. He sustained gunshot wounds to his right shoulder and right ear, the affidavit reads.

The affidavit says that Lee used an AR-15 style rifle in the shooting.
It also says that the firearm used in the shooting was moved, altered, disabled, concealed or otherwise manipulated after the shooting, requiring additional forensic examination.
In addition to the shooting, Lee is also accused of threatening an 11-year-old with a handgun, according to the affidavit.
The affidavit says detectives conducted multiple witness interviews and reviewed statements indicating Lee had been consuming alcoholic beverages while possessing and handling firearms, the affidavit said.
The judge stated that Lee’s next court date will be Monday, July 6 at 10:30 a.m.
