The Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office dismissed a case against a man accused of fraud.According to court documents, the state attorney’s office entered an “administrative nolle prosse” or administrative dismissal of an organized scheme to defraud of more than $50,000 charge against Michael B. Segal, 79, on May 26 because Segal died.“Based on the facts, age of case and death of the defendant, there will be a lack of procedural activity for this case of more than 5 years.
