ONSLOW COUNTY, N.C. — A Jacksonville man is facing multiple charges, including driving while impaired and carrying a concealed handgun after consuming alcohol, following his arrest by the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office.
According to online court records, 25-year-old Bobby Gene Graham was arrested Saturday, June 27.
Deputies charged Graham with driving while impaired, driving while license revoked, using a foreign license while his license was revoked, reckless driving to endanger, carrying a concealed handgun after consuming alcohol, failing to stop at a stop sign or flashing red light, displaying an expired registration, covering or disguising a registration plate and other traffic violations.
Court records allege Graham was driving on Blue Creek School Road while impaired and while his driver’s license was revoked.
The records also state he displayed an expired registration plate, covered or disguised the vehicle’s registration plate and drove in a reckless manner that endangered people or property.
Authorities also allege Graham unlawfully carried a concealed handgun while alcohol remained in his system.
