Disney has updated the official Walt Disney World website to reflect the new Disney Springs transportation verification policy, which went live yesterday, June 28, 2026.
The Walt Disney World Bus Service page now includes a dedicated Disney Springs section under “Traveling To and From a Disney Resort Hotel,” setting out the full details of the new policy.
The updated page states that bus service from Disney Springs to Disney Resort hotels is available for guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel or visiting one with a valid dining or experience reservation. Guests may be asked to show a valid resort hotel room key, dining reservation, or experience reservation.
The two-hour boarding window is also confirmed on the page, with Disney stating that guests with a valid dining or experience reservation can board the appropriate Disney Resort hotel bus from Disney Springs up to two hours before their reservation time.
The website also notes that bus service between Disney Resort hotels and Disney Springs runs during Disney Springs operating hours and ends one hour after closing.
