Designed by CUBE 3 with interiors by San Francisco-based BAMO, the tower will feature two- and three-bedroom residences ranging from 2,031 to 3,408 square feet.

Residents will have access to multiple swimming pools, private dining spaces, a wellness center, fitness facilities, owners’ lounges, concierge services, and other luxury amenities associated with the Waldorf Astoria brand.

The development has continued to gain momentum since its launch.

Earlier this month, the project surpassed $200 million in sales.

Last July, a local businessman purchased one of the tower’s two-story, 11,000-square-foot penthouses for $27 million, setting a new record for the Tampa Bay condominium market.

Prices for the remaining residences currently start at $2.9 million.

There is no timeline for demolition of the garage, though the developers have previously said they expect to break ground by the end of the year.

If that schedule holds, the tower is expected to be completed in 2030.
