Bromley Companies shared plans for Pura Vida Miami to set up shop at Midtown Tampa. This Miami-based eatery dishes out breakfast, lunch, and dinner while zeroing in on whole foods and ingredients picked fresh.
The menu packs all-day breakfast options, coffee, tea, salads, bowls, wild-caught seafood, grass-fed steak, sandwiches, wraps, pressed juices, and smoothies. Kids can order from their own menu.
Back in 2012, this Miami-born spot started small — just a husband and wife running a tiny neighborhood cafe. Fast-forward to today, and it has ballooned into a lifestyle brand with 50 locations as of this spring, when doors swung open at its newest New Jersey outpost.
No opening date has been set. Want a preview? Two Sarasota-area spots are up and running for anyone itching to sample what’s coming to Tampa.
Bromley Companies dropped news about two other businesses joining this development. CorePower Yoga — one of the nation’s biggest yoga studio operators — will inject a fitness concept into the district’s wellness mix, while The Shade Store, a custom window treatment brand with showrooms scattered across the country, will grow home and design options in the area.
“Midtown Tampa was designed to evolve alongside the community it serves,” said Christina Harden, General Manager of Midtown Tampa, according to That’s So Tampa. “As the district has matured, we’ve gained valuable insight into how people use the property, where they spend their time, and what offerings can add the greatest value to their daily lives.”
Harden explained that retail in a mixed-use environment never sits still. The strongest districts keep adapting as they grow.
“These additions bring highly complementary experiences in food, fitness, and home, further strengthening Midtown as a place where people can work, dine, shop, stay active, and connect throughout the day,” Harden said.
