Child found dead inside vehicle at Plantation preschool – NBC 6 South Florida

An investigation is underway after a child was found dead inside a vehicle Monday at a preschool in Plantation, fire officials said.

Plantation Police officers and paramedics responded at around 5:39 p.m. to the A World of Discovery Academy at 7025 NW 4th Street after a report of a deceased child inside a car, fire officials said.

Paramedics confirmed that the child had died, officials said. The child’s identity and age were not released.

Detectives are investigating the scene.
