The 44-year-old Farwell is entering his fifth season in Jacksonville and his 11th season coaching in the NFL. Prior to his time with the Jaguars, he served as the Bills’ special teams coordinator (2019-21). The Jaguars have produced at least one special teams Pro Bowler in each of Farwell’s four seasons in Jacksonville. In 2025, the Jaguars’ special teams unit was one of the league’s best. LS Ross Matiscik earned his third consecutive Pro Bowl and Associated Press All-Pro selections. Under Farwell’s leadership last season, K Cam Little set franchise records in points (140) and 50-plus yard field goals made (eight). Little also converted the two longest field goals in NFL history at 68 and 67 yards, respectively. With help from Fawell’s scheme and expertise, WR Parker Washington set franchise records in punt return touchdowns (two), tied for the most in the league, and yards per punt return (13.6). Last fall, P Logan Cooke placed 10-plus punts inside the 10-yard line for the fourth straight season, one of three punters to do so since 2022. As a team, Jacksonville ranked fifth in yards per punt return and sixth in yards per kickoff return in 2025, one of only two teams to rate among the NFL’s top six in both categories.
