The Tampa Police Department has issued a missing and endangered alert after a woman made statements threatening to harm herself, then went missing with her three children.
Terache Carter, 24, was last seen about 11 a.m. in the 700 block of East Robson Street in Tampa. She left that area in a blue Hyundai. Police did not have a model or license plate number. She may have been traveling toward Pinellas County, police said.
She “reportedly made several statements threatening to harm herself,” according to a news alert issued by Tampa police Tuesday afternoon.
Information about the ages and names of her children were not immediately available.
