A Phoenix, Arizona, man is facing felony charges after Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office investigators said he repeatedly harassed a Florida woman online and sent threatening messages through TikTok. Investigators said the victim, Natalie Valerin, contacted deputies after receiving numerous threatening and harassing messages from multiple social media accounts. She told authorities she believed the accounts were connected to Garcia, who had allegedly been contacting her through Facebook, Instagram and TikTok for several years. The report states that Garcia initially sent messages asking why Valerin would not respond to him. Over time, the messages became increasingly threatening despite Valerin repeatedly telling him to stop and blocking him on social media platforms. In February 2026, Valerin reported receiving additional messages that included threats of violence. She provided investigators with screenshots of the posts and comments. Detectives obtained records from TikTok and Verizon as part of the investigation. According to the affidavit, subscriber information linked the accounts used to send the messages to Garcia and matched information from police records in Arizona. Investigators said Valerin told them she feared for her safety and was worried Garcia could travel from Arizona to Florida and harm her.
