TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — The Tampa Police Department has issued a missing endangered alert for a mother who left with her three children.
According to police, Terache Carter, 24, was last seen on the 700 block of East Robson Street Tuesday morning and made multiple self-harm statements.

Investigators said Carter left the home with her children right before 11 a.m.
Tuesday evening, Tampa police said they located the children safely and reunited them with their family, but Carter is still missing.

She was said to be traveling to Pinellas County in a blue Hyundai, although police do not know what the model and license plate are.
