Ziki’s was created by the father-and-son team behind Half Moon Seafood Company and will operate from a location directly behind that restaurant at the waterfront destination, Strategic Property Partners, LLC, the property’s developer, owner and operator, said in a news release.
“Our goal is for Ziki’s to bring the authentic Greek street food that we love to the downtown Tampa community,” Tyler Cate, co-owner of Ziki’s, said. “The idea really came from traveling and just loving fresh, traditional street food. Everything’s better wrapped in a warm pita with a side of ‘ziki’ – trust us.”
