May we just introduce you to our newest Disney World obsession?
The NEW Crab Rangoon Mozzarella Sticks
There are tons of amazing Disney World snacks. Across the theme parks and the hotels, there is a world of Disney dining that is aching to be unlocked. Over in Disney Springs, we found a new snack that should be viral even though it isn’t… yet!
Welcome to CityWorks! The brewery is located next to the House of Blues and the brand-new LEVEL99 attraction in Disney Springs. This brewery is every sports fan’s dream with tons of TVs around the restaurant, and a plethora of beer, drink, and dining options.
CityWorks
Over at CityWorks, there’s a new snack that we think deserves to be on your must-try list. The dish is the Crab Rangoon Mozzarella Sticks for $15.95! These are filled with crab, shrimp, cream cheese, mozzarella, green onion, and garlic, all wrapped in a freshly fried panko breading. Our dish came with 5 cheese sticks and a special firecracker dipping sauce with sesame seeds.
The new sticks!
Now, these are not on the walk-up menu outside, but you can order them at the table service restaurant or at the hostess stand. We ordered ours from the hostess stand and waited around 15 minutes, so it was a pretty easy process. This was heavenly if you’re a Crab Rangoon lover!
Have a bite!
The coating was nice and thick with a crunchy texture. It covered the generous filling nicely. The crab is the main flavor in the filling, and the shrimp is more subtle. The cream cheese and mozzarella were super smooth and creamy. The green onion and garlic added a savory taste to the bites.
A look inside!
The sauce was sweet with a subtle kick. It was what made the dish feel truly reminiscent of crab rangoons, and it really enhanced each bite. It also wasn’t messy, which we seriously appreciated!
Dip it!
This dish alone might be worth a stop by CityWorks, especially if you already love classic rangoons. We will definitely be back for more! As always, be sure to keep following AllEars for more Disney news, updates, and more.
