NASSAU COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — A Florida mother is facing a DUI after deputies say a Chick-fil-A employee called 911, reporting she appeared to be slurring her words in a drive-thru lane.
Deputies with the Nassau County Sheriff’s Office say they stopped the woman’s vehicle on June 22 and found a 1-year-old and a 6-year-old inside the back seat.

Investigators say an open bottle of tequila was also discovered in the front passenger seat.

According to the sheriff’s office, the driver later underwent a breath test, which showed a blood-alcohol concentration more than twice Florida’s legal limit.
