The National Weather Service has issued a Poor Air Quality Advisory for Key Biscayne and much of Southeast Florida as elevated concentrations of fine particulate matter are expected early this morning. Air quality may reach unhealthy levels for sensitive groups before improving by late morning. People with asthma, heart or lung disease, older adults and children should limit prolonged outdoor activity until conditions improve.
