A man was found shot and killed inside his vehicle in Fort Lauderdale early Wednesday, police said.
It was around 4:24 a.m. when police responded to a ShotSpotter alert in the 1300 block of Northwest 13th Court.
While canvassing the area, officers found a man with a gunshot wound inside his vehicle. He was pronounced dead.
Video of the scene shows a vehicle with a shattered driver’s side window that appears to have been pierced by bullets.
Homicide detectives and crime scene investigators are working the scene, and the investigation is ongoing.
