He was last spotted driving in Jacksonville, which is over 250 miles away from where he was last seen by family, Florida police say.
WARNER ROBINS, Ga. — Police in Florida say that a missing man with “cognitive issues” could be heading towards Warner Robins.
Riviera Beach Police say that 66-year-old Vincent Carr was last seen Monday evening leaving his home in Riviera Beach, which is outside of West Palm Beach. His family called authorities after he didn’t return home.
They say Carr, who suffers from cognitive issues, is considered “endangered.”Â
According to police in Florida, Carr was last seen on licenses plate readers driving through Jacksonville, which is over 250 miles away from where Carr lived. Riviera Beach Police say that Carr may be heading towards the Warner Robins area.Â


He was last seen driving a 2025 beige Toyota Tundra pickup truck with Florida licenses plate with JZ1 38E.Â
His disappearance has caused a Silver Alert, which is issued for missing people who suffer with Alzheimers, dementia or other mental disabilities. It works similarly to Amber Alerts for missing children, but for older adults.
