Jacksonville Sheriff T.K. Waters (WJXT)
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Jacksonville Sheriff T.K. Waters will hold a news conference at 12:05 p.m. Thursday to announce an arrest in a nearly 40-year-old cold case murder.
He will be joined by members of the victim’s family, along with representatives from the State Attorney’s Office, First Coast Crime Stoppers and Project Cold Case.
