PASCO COUNTY, Fla – All southbound lanes of Interstate 75 were closed early Friday at the State Road 54 exit due to a fatal crash.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash happened just before 3 a.m.
An investigation into the crash has been ongoing for several hours. No further information has been released o the crash.
Traffic backups have been growing throughout the morning.
Drivers are advised to use the Suncoast Parkway or U.S. Hwy 301 as alternates.
