TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – These pups are made for walkin’!
All four of our Furry Friday pups this week are treat – and leash – ready!
WCTV and the Tallahassee Animal Service Center team up each week to spotlight four adoptable dogs in hopes of helping them find their fur-ever homes faster!
Here are the dogs we are featuring this week:
MEET BABY GIRL

She is an instant friend!
Baby Girl was found as a stray and her owner never came to claim her.
She’s hoping life is all uphill from here!
Baby Girl adores affection and is light on her feet as she bounces along by your side.
We spent more time petting her than walking her and it looks like that’s just the way she likes it!

MEET THOR
Thor is used to being part of a family and he’d like to pick up right where he left off!(WCTV)
Meet Thor!
This lab mix is love on a leash.
Thor is an enthusiastic explorer and companion, wagging his talk as he walks.
Yeah, he wants to stop and smell the roses and maybe graze a few greens, but he wants to make sure you are right there with him the whole way!
Thor is five and he’s used to being part of a family. He’d like to pick up right where he left off – with an active, affectionate family that is as excited to meet him as he is to meet them!

MEET MINNIE
Minnie is a dainty darling who loves belly rubs and is as hungry for affection as she is for treats!(WCTV)

She is a little lovebug.
Perfectly content to lay her head in your lap and soak up all the TLC you have to share.

Minnie was found as a stray, but knows sit and would gladly snuggle up with you!
This sweet girl would fit right in at your house. She’s hoping to lay her head in your lap and become a beloved member of your family!

MEET BOXER
Boxer is not a boxer. He’s a lab mix with a big goofy smile and plenty of positive energy!(WCTV)
Meet Boxer!
He’s actually not a boxer. He’s a lab mix with a big goofy smile and plenty of positive energy!
Boxer is playful and occasionally gets the zoomies!
He’s dreaming of a big backyard where he can run in the green grass and then settle in for a nap in the cool shade!
Boxer keeps his nose to the ground and loves exploring the world around him. If you want to give this big boy a big hug, please visit him at the shelter this weekend!
MEET AND GREET
You can meet these dogs and dozens more awaiting adoption at the Tallahassee Animal Service Center. It’s located across from Tom Brown Park at 1125 Easterwood Drive in Tallahassee.
You can walk through the kennels Tuesday through Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and can also visit by appointment the rest of the week from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
