July 10, 2026 – The Pinellas Recovers program team, which provides assistance to individuals impacted by Hurricanes Idalia, Helene and Milton, celebrated the first mobile home replacement Thursday that was supported by Pinellas County’s federal disaster recovery grant. Lealman resident Richard Brill was the recipient. His 1964 mobile home was damaged during Hurricane Milton. According to a prepared statement, the structure “was fully replaced with a new Wind Zone 3-rated manufactured home, the highest wind-resistance rating for manufactured homes.”
