Municipal elections begin today for these Tampa communities

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA)—Municipal elections are happening today in parts of Tampa Bay.

Lakeland

The community will choose a new mayor and two commissioner seats. This will be in districts C and D for South Lakeland.

Voters will also vote on two charter amendments as well as commission seats in Auburndale, Winter Haven, and Fort Meade.

Voters will cast a vote for mayor for the city of Seminole today in Pinellas County.
