Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs has released its mid-July 2026 menu update, which includes the return of “Bonnie’s Cookie” and a Christmas in July special.

With the release of this latest menu, Stuart’s Orange Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookie is no longer available.
Lemon Poppyseed Cookie (Bonnie’s Cookie)
Lemon poppyseed cookie filled with poppyseeds and white chocolate, topped with lemon butter crumbs covered in a thin sugar glaze
Bonnie’s Cookie is back now through July 20th at both Disney Springs locations. Gideon’s has a limit of two per person while supplies last and recommends you don’t leave this one boxed up with other cookies too long—or else everything will be lemon-y.
Kris Kringle Bites
Chocolate coffee bean cookie with coconut, caramel, and vanilla bean notes, hand-dipped in white chocolate and coated in sugar crystals
These bites come six to a bag and also are a limit of two per person. They’ll be available at both Gideon’s locations every Saturday and Sunday for the rest of July.
