Child dies after shooting on Scrapbook Street in Osceola County, deputies say

Just before 4 p.m. on Sunday, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call reporting a shooting in the 2600 block of Scrapbook Street.Deputies responded and found a young child who had been shot.
