TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) -Monday, Miami Beach Republican Representative Fabian Basabe’s civil case begins in Tallahassee.
According to the filed lawsuit, a former legislative aide and an intern have accused the lawmaker of sexual harassment, battery and defamation.
Basabe is representing himself in court and denies all claims.
