Mike Sargis, the city of North Lauderdale manager, said a Ring surveillance camera recorded the video at a house along Pebble Beach Road, near McNab Road.

“The family started CPR,” Sargis wrote in a statement on Monday morning.

Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue personnel and BSO deputies responded to the house pool at about 10:30 a.m. on Sunday

The toddler was at the Broward Health Medical Center, and his condition was critical, according to Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies.

“The last we heard, the child was in very grave condition,” Sargis wrote in the statement.

At least three children have drowned this summer in Broward County.
