MARTIN COUNTY, Fla. —

A judge will review the case of Dr. Richard Seith, a Martin County eye doctor accused of killing his ex-wife, Cynthia Sciarrone Seith, outside her Lake Worth home.

Cynthia Sciarrone Seith, a flight attendant, was found dead last August shortly after finalizing her divorce from Richard Seith.

Investigators said Richard Seith allegedly placed a GPS tracker on her car, searched for Spirit Airlines flights on Google and waited to take her life.

A status hearing began at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.
