July 14, 2026 – The Sunshine Senior Center will host the free “Strong Bones. Strong Future!” educational event to “help adults learn practical, evidence-based strategies for maintaining healthy bones and reducing the risk of osteoporosis and fractures,” according to a prepared statement. The program will be held twice: Wednesday at the President Barack Obama Main Library (at 3745 9th Avenue N.) from 1 to 3 p.m. and July 21 at the Roberts Recreation Center (at 1246 50th Avenue N.) from 2 to 4 p.m. Registration is required.
