RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A missing Riviera Beach man who is under a silver alert was spotted near Jacksonville on Tuesday morning.
On Monday, Vincent Carr, was last seen leaving his home on West 15th Street in the city of Riviera Beach. On Tuesday morning, Carr’s wife called the police, stating her husband didn’t return home.
The Riviera Beach Police Department says Carr, 66, is believed to be driving his 2005 beige Toyota Tundra pickup truck. The license plate on the truck is Florida JZ1 38E.

Police say a license plate reader spotted the pickup truck at 9:34 a.m. heading eastbound on the Hart Bridge near Jacksonville.
Carr is believed to be traveling to Robins Warner Georgia, south of Macon. Police say Carr has cognitive issues and is considered endangered.
