A vehicle fire shut down part of Florida’s Turnpike in Kenansville.According to the Florida Highway Patrol, it happened just before 4 a.m. on Wednesday north of SR-60 in Yeehaw Junction.All of the northbound lanes on Florida’s Turnpike were temporarily shut down but the left lane was eventually reopened.Drivers can use SR-60 to U.S. 441 as a detour.No injuries have been reported, but drivers should expect delays through the area.

A vehicle fire shut down part of Florida’s Turnpike in Kenansville.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, it happened just before 4 a.m. on Wednesday north of SR-60 in Yeehaw Junction.

All of the northbound lanes on Florida’s Turnpike were temporarily shut down but the left lane was eventually reopened.
