ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. – All lanes have reopened on I-95 near mile marker 304 in St. Johns County after a fatal crash involving a person being hit by a semi-truck on Thursday.
The St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office and fire rescue are responded to the scene and the Florida Highway Patrol is investigating.
