Tampa is getting a taste of English soccer this summer as Welsh Wrexham AFC and English Leeds United come to Raymond James Stadium for a preseason match.
The game, scheduled for July 25, is part of TEG Sport’s 2026 USA Summer Tour bringing the champions and Premier League to American fans following the FIFA World Cup.
Wrexham’s visit comes as the club continues its rise from a lower league team into one of soccer’s most talked-about organizations. Since being purchased by actors Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenny in 2021, the club has gained worldwide attention through the documentary series “Welcome to Wrexham.”
Leeds United does not have the same worldwide fame but did recently get promoted to the Premier League in 2025, putting the team in the top tier of English soccer.
Tickets start at $61 for Wrexham AFC vs. Leeds United on Saturday, July 25, in Tampa.
