LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. (WKRC) – A man reportedly died after experiencing a cardiac emergency while riding “it’s a small world” at Disney World’s Magic Kingdom.
According to WESH, citing information from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS), a man reportedly died after suffering a cardiac emergency while riding “it’s a small world” at Magic Kingdom in April.
Per the report, the FDACS information was released Wednesday and contains data from the second quarter of 2026. According to WESH, the report shows the following injury totals:
Busch Gardens – No injuriesUniversal Studios Orlando – Four injuriesWalt Disney World – Five injuries
WESH reported that FDACS documents show a 54-year-old man with a pre-existing medical condition experienced a cardiac emergency while riding “it’s a small world” on April 24. He was taken to a hospital, where he later died.
The documents reportedly show the following incidents occurred during the second quarter of 2026:
