Monday’s major money Florida Lottery draw game luck confined itself to South Florida, specifically a supermarket and a liquor store.
That luck didn’t include Monday’s Powerball drawing, jacking that jackpot up to $567 million for Wednesday. For those who like to aim for Everest, Tuesday’s Mega Millions jackpot will be worth about $707 million.
Monday’s midday Fantasy 5 drawing passed without a big winner. The evening drawing numbers — 11, 28, 29, 33, 36 — were chosen by a player at a North Miami-Dade Key Food, 8890 NW Seventh Ave., and the Quick Pick-producing machine at Liquor Land, 2675 S. Military Tr., in unincorporated Palm Beach County. Each ticket is worth $53,512.
These tickets must be cashed at one of the nine Florida Lottery district offices around the state. The Miami office is in Miami Lakes, 14621 Oak Ln., and can be reached at 305-364-3080 or MIARC@flalottery.com. What’s called the West Palm Beach office is actually in Palm Springs, 4360 Forest Hill Blvd. You can call that office at 561-640-6190 or email WPBRC@flalottery.com.
Both offices are open 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Appointments can be made, but aren’t required.
