If you’ve had the opportunity to visit Epic Universe at Universal Orlando, you’ve been able to experience the immersive How to Train Your Dragon: Isle of Berk. Perhaps you’ve even had a chance to pet Toothless during your visit.
The Untrainable Dragon
One of the best parts of Isle of Berk, though, is The Untrainable Dragon, an experience where you see Toothless flying through the clouds, and it’s unlike anything we’ve seen before. This popular experience, though, will be temporarily closing soon.
The Untrainable Dragon will temporarily close from September 15th through September 20th, so the good news is that the experience will only be closed for five days. Of course, this is bad news if that’s when you’ll be visiting Epic Universe.
Isle of Berk
However, you can still enjoy other dragons and characters in Isle of Berk, including meeting Toothless and Hiccup, Ruffnut and Tuffnut, and Astrid. These character appearances are some of the best things about Epic Universe, so you don’t want to miss them.
You can still meet Toothless
If you want to get that feeling of soaring on the back of a dragon, be sure to hop on Hiccup’s Wing Gliders, a roller coaster that simulates dragon flight. The ride also has some of the best views of the land. You can also hop on Dragon Racer’s Rally, where you can control a dragon training vehicle with LOTS of flying moves, but be warned: this is one of the more THRILLING rides in Isle of Berk.
