The Miami County Sheriff’s Office has announced that it has arrested a man on who was accused of raping a child more than 20 years ago.
Joseph O. Hadlock, 70, of Monroe Twp., was indicted Wednesday, July 22 in Miami County Common Pleas Court of three counts of rape of a minor under the age of 13 and two counts of gross sexual imposition.

He was arrested the same day on a warrant connected to the charges and booked into the Miami County Jail without incident, the sheriff’s office said.
