Forever Vets celebrated the season by hosting their annual Dog Days of Summer Spirit Week from July 13 through 18. Pets enjoyed a week of treats, splashes and summertime fun with their families. The Summer Spirit Week was held at their Central, Jacksonville Beach and Pacetti locations. Pets got to experience a week of summer activities and pet “parents” had the opportunity for special savings. Those who signed up for daycare between Monday and Thursday received free admission to Waterpalooza. Each day had a different themed event and something fun for dogs to enjoy, as well as opportunities for socialization and play.
Pets got to participate in Bubble Playtime on Sunday, July 12. There were pet-safe bubbles provided for dogs to chase and pop. It was a fun and engaging play session. The dogs got in a good workout while having a great time.
Monday, July 13, was $1 ice cream day. Dogs received a sweet treat for this low price and enjoyed some refreshment from the Florida summer heat.
On Tuesday, July 14, pets created a $5 craft with their friends. This summer-themed craft made a great keepsake for pet owners to take home and display.
Nail trims were offered at a $5 discount on Wednesday, July 15. This discounted service helped maintain pet comfort and healthy paws.
Four-dollar pupsicles were available on Thursday, July 16. This summertime favorite kept pets cool while they enjoyed a day of play.
Pets were dropped off on Friday, July 17, for the Waterpalooza Daycare Event. This exciting day included plenty of water games, splash zones and engaging activities to help keep pets cool. Each pet received a certificate for participating at the end of the day.
Saturday, July 18, wrapped up the Spirit Week with a Pool Pawty. Pets enjoyed swimming and socializing with their new friends.
