ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA)— Both men in connection with a vandalism incident that caused $96,000 in damage at a luxury downtown condo tower have turned themselves in.
The St. Petersburg Police Department announced that Andrew O’Neill, 34, and James Boyle, 38, have turned themselves in to the Pinellas County Jail.
O’Neill was arrested on July 18 after he and Boyle were caught on camera ripping up one of the exterior lights at 400 Central Avenue and throwing it at the window numerous times on July 11.

The two tore up 14 landscaping lights and broke three large windows, totaling the damage to $96,000.
The windows were valued at $25,000 a piece.
O’Neill and Boyle were charged with criminal mischief over $1,000, officers said.
