TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – The clock is ticking on Tallahassee’s first-ever Restaurant Week, but there’s still time to try some new dishes and find a new favorite spot.
The 10-day celebration of all things local eats runs through Sunday and, so far, the event has been a resounding success.
Kerri Post with Visit Tallahassee says several restaurants have reported record sales in recent days.

More than 25 restaurants are participating, including Earley’s Kitchen and co-owner Jay Morrell says things are so far, so good.
“It’s been exciting for one, a lot of new faces,” Morrell said. “The program seems to have worked. I know it’s worked for us. We’ve gotten some good comments, some good feedback. It’s been great.”
Those looking to enjoy Restaurant Week, you still have a little bit of time to visit Earley’s or any other participating restaurant. Each has a prix-fix menu featuring an appetizer an entree and a dessert.
