TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – One man has been arrested in connection with an overdose death, according to the Leon County Sheriff’s Office.
On Thursday, LCSO arrested Cordell Decuir, Sr., 55, following a three-month long investigation.

The investigation started earlier this year after deputies responded to the report of an unresponsive man at a Leon County residence.
According to LCSO, the investigation revealed evidence linking Decuir to the victim’s death.

Decuir is charged with manslaughter and three counts of possession of a controlled substance.
According to court records, Decuir pleaded not guilty on Friday.
The investigation remains active and ongoing, LCSO said.
