The 117,586-square-foot Surfside Shoppes retail center in Cape Coral sold for $12.3 million. Foresight Property Services LLC, a Florida-based owner and manager of neighborhood shopping centers, purchased the property at 2342-2354 Surfside Blvd. from Atacama Holdings LLC. The shopping center is anchored by Belk and is fully leased with tenants including Anytime Fitness, Hope Chest, SalonPlex and Island Doctors. Doug Olson, Matt Fredrickson, Gianna Grigaliuas and John Paulich IV of Trinity Commercial Group negotiated the transaction. Built in 2007, the center sits at the intersection of Surfside Boulevard and Veterans Memorial Parkway in one of Cape Coral’s fastest-growing commercial corridors.
