Deputies went on to reveal in their statement that Taylor is a registered sex offender whose offense stems from a 2013 Pennsylvania conviction for aggravated indecent assault.
His arrest Monday comes after LCSO’s Human Exploitation task force and Trafficking (HEAT) executed a search warrant at a home in the 13600 block of North Meridian Road as part of an ongoing sexual abuse material investigation, authorities said.
“The investigation was initiated after the Leon County Sheriff’s Office received a CyberTip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) regarding the online possession of child sexual abuse material,” the sheriff’s office said.
